Hajj Procedure Revamp

Dear sir,

Haj is a must for all the Muslims who are capable to undertake the journey to Makkah and Madinah and who fulfills a few other conditions. All the Muslims desire to perform haj as early as possible. If somebody has already performed this obligatory haj one is often required to repeat haj for many reasons. Say, one may leave some very essential parts of the haj without which the haj remains invalid. Now Haj Committee of India restricts one who has already performed haj. Haj can be performed by an Indian ones in a life time only. It is quite natural that mistakes can be made by anyone. So, what can a Hajji will do in such circumstances? Government of India vis a vis Haj Committee of India need to give the Haji a second chance to perform Haj perfectly. Now such a Haji has no alternative than to take the help of a ‘tour corporation’ paying almost four times the money needed against performing haj through H.C.I. Secondly, the Saudi government has also not putting any restriction to any repeater. Then why this Ban on the repeaters? This condition need to be waived immediately specially for the hajies of this backward north east region of the country.
